In-stock items are dispatched within 2 working days. Please allow 3 to 7 working days for the goods to arrive. Deliveries are made within working hours and may require a signature. For this reason, you may like to nominate a secure delivery address where someone is available to sign. Packing and delivery cost will be confirmed with your order.

Express delivery

This costs more. All orders need to be placed before noon for next working day delivery. Orders placed after this will be delivered within 48 hours. International delivery

We offer delivery to a wide range of international destinations. International delivery times vary depending on destination. Packing and delivery cost will be confirmed with your order.
We can supply you with an ex VAT price on request.

Cancellations

You have the right to cancel your order at any time before you receive the products you ordered, by contacting us on +44 (0) 207 613 3073. If these Products have already been assigned or dispatched when you contact us, you may return them within 7 days of receipt of delivery to receive a full refund.

Goods must be returned within 14 days (7days during sale) of despatch. We ask that you return the goods unused, with all the original tags intact.

We request that you please enclose the invoice supplied with your delivery.

Unfortunately, we cannot refund or exchange used or customer damaged items (statutory rights not affected). Please note that we are not responsible for return postage. When you return goods, please retain proof of posting from your shipper. Without this we cannot be responsible for any items that fail to reach us.
