Shipping and Returns

UK orders are priced including VAT and are shipped with DHL standard service. Unless express is chosen

Outside uk prices are shown in local currency including any taxes or duties and with standard shipping. If express shipping is chosen it will go with DHL.

Standard times to Europe 5-8 days
Standard times to ROW  5-10 days

Baskets of £350 Value and above are shipped free.

Prices

For UK customers prices are in GBP and include VAT. Shipping options are shown at checkout

Outside UK, standard delivery prices are shown in local currency and include any duties or taxes. Other, faster shipping options are available. Please note that the order will not be valid if we cannot confirm the billing and shipping addresses that you provide.

Payment

Ally Capellino accepts payments by credit or debit card as well as PayPal, Apple pay and google pay. The total order sum will be checked and reserved against your credit/debit card or marked as pending on your PayPal account until the time of dispatch from our warehouse.

Confirmation

You will receive an immediate online confirmation after the checkout, as well as an email confirmation of your order from Ally Capellino. Please check that all information is correct.

Changes to your order

If you wish to make changes to your order, or if there are any mistakes in your registration then please email customercare@allycapellino.co.uk  calling +44 020 7073 7843 between the hours of 10am – 6pm GMT, Wednesday – Saturday

Despatch

Express shipping is on working days (Monday to Friday)and should arrive within 1-2 days depending on distance.  Standard delivery may take up to 5-7  days for UK and EU and up to 10 days for ROW.  Delivery times are best estimates, and commence from the date of dispatch. Ally Capellino is not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes, or courier delays due to adverse weather conditions etc.

Customers will be notified of any delivery that is delayed or not available for despatch as quickly as possible with the option to terminate the agreement, Ally Capellino will refund the customer the sum paid as quickly as possible.

Delivery

The place of delivery is deemed to be the address that the customer has registered  or specified and goods are signed for unless the buyer has opted out of signing. After receiving please check the condition of the parcel and alert us and the carrier if there is damage.

Returns

You have the right to return your purchases within a period of 14 calendar days after the day of delivery of the goods. Items should be undamaged and unused, with all Ally Capellino labels and tags intact. Send using a signed for service to

For returned goods we will refund the cost of the goods well as basic shipping cost, but you will be liable for return shipping and any taxes. Please advise shipper that the goods are being returned in order to avoid extra charges. Please keep proof of sending.

Refunds will be made using the same method as the original payment.
